Warranty
Crystal Service warrants all paper, film & fabric products to be free of manufacturing defects. Any product offered on this web site found to be defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced. It is the customer's responsibility to determine the suitability of the product for their application prior to purchase. No other warranty or liability is expressed or implied.
Returns
No product will be accepted for credit or replacement without prior authorization from Crystal Services. Returns for credit on products the customer considers defective must include a sample and will be subject to sample test before disposition is made. Any product which is not defective may be returned at customer expense within 30 days of receipt (with prior authorization) and is subject to a 15% restocking charge. The outside of the return package for all product(s) being returned must be include a Return Authorization (RA) number issued by Crystal Services or the product will not be accepted for credit.
